| Thanks to all the harbour pilots I followed during my time in Guernsey. Unlike some of the other assignments there were a number of shifts during my time shooting so I wasn’t following just one person.The harbour pilots are responsible for ensuring that the yachts that visit visit St Peters port during the summer get safely into a mooring in the harbour. This time of year they spend their time doing maintenance around the harbour, keeping the harbours clear of rubbish and assisting any boats back into harbour.
A special thanks to Pierre who made sure that I didn’t lose my D3 to a wave……unfortunately that didn’t stop me getting wet!!
