| A huge thank you to Jim Naftel and his wife Liz for welcoming me into their family and everyday life with open arms. I was so incredibly well looked after and continuously treated like a member of the family.
Together Jim and Liz run the only Organic dairy farm on Guernsey, Les Fauconnaires Farm. Their cows are more relaxed and calm than any other cows I’ve ever come across and it is for sure down to Jim and Liz’s lovely nature and deep care for their animals. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience and will be forever grateful to the Naftel family for having me.
