I don’t use the word ‘unobtrusive’, ‘capture’, ‘magic moments’ or ‘unfold’ anywhere on my website. I don’t use fluffy language, and would rather let my pictures speak for themselves. Located in Buckinghamshire, I am a wedding photographer shooting all over the country and internationally, and am Recommended Wedding Photographer at the following venues: Blenheim Palace, Stoke Park Club, Hedsor House, Micklefield Hall, Hengrave Hall, The Gherkin, Hampden House, Spains Hall, and The Lansdowne Club in Mayfair.
Documenting a wedding day to me is a privelege – and my clients trust me to shoot their day in my own specific style. Honest, warm and showing great empathy for my subjects. I don’t get in the way, I don’t tell silly jokes to get a smile. I just quietly work my way around the day getting the most emotive storytelling images that I can. Shooting on average 45 weddings a year, working from a strong word of mouth referral base and very little advertising, all my couples know they can trust me to shoot their story with intelligence, warmth and creativity.
My previous life as an editorial photographer shooting for magazines and publishing companies seems far far away and I am at my happiest right now, concentrating solely on recording beautiful images for great people on the most exciting day of their lives.
Was that fluffy? Nah…
